The Hellenic Association of Real Estate (H.A.R) was created in January 1999. The head office is in Athens. It is the only professional organisation of real estate that has strict criteria for member registration, covers the entire country and is the unique professional institution of real estates in Greece recognised by the European Confederation of Real Estates.

The CEPI-CEI (European Association of Real Estate Professions) is one of Europe's largest professional organisation of estate agents, now counting well over 45,000 members from hundreds of cities, in thirteen European countries, Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Slovak Republic. This represents an overall total of 60,000 operators in real estate.

NAR (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®) has a phenomenal growth the last years and has reached 1.000.000 members. NAR has members in almost sixty countries and deals with every aspect of the industry of Real Estate.

The International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA), Consortium of the world’s leading real estate associations, is committed to the right to own and transfer real property. ICREA sets standards for international real estate practice and its member associations are committed to high standards of professional conduct for member brokers.
