Tinos, in one of the most beautiful, traditional, mountainous villages of the Cyclades, a stone-built, old residence of one hundred and sixty square meters. It is located on the marble-paved cobblestones of the village, in fairly good condition, having been repaired in 2000. Although habitable, it requires necessary improvement and modernization work, keeping its structure intact. It consists of almost three levels, due to the sloping terrain of the settlements. On the ground floor there was a storage shed, which now houses the central heating system.Upstairs, the main residence, with three rooms, kitchen and bathroom, opening onto a comfortable, fully covered terrace. Adjacent to it, a two-storey guesthouse of two rooms, with its own bathroom and a smaller terrace on the third level. The terrace of the first floor can be extended to the rest of the flat roof, if more than doubled. The rich view combines the sea with Syros, the coastal settlement of Giannakis, the green slopes and the enchanting village. At a distance of five to ten minutes, you can enjoy some of the best sandy beaches of the island.A remarkable residence, without the need for radical, expensive repairs, sheltered from the wind, in a model village, with a great perspective.
